意大利的歌劇，發展到了Gaetano Donizetti，己經
相當世俗化了。娛樂成份很重，而思考意味，哲理意味
漸漸減少。據說Donizetti下筆極快，因為要滿足市場
的要求。這是使人不解的文化現象。為甚麼娛樂和思考
永遠都是對立的。為甚麼思考裡面，不可以有多一些的
娛樂成份？

這首歌，來自歌劇L'elisir d'amore 大意是一個窮
漢子，為了追求美女，不惜傾盡金錢，買了一瓶愛情魔
藥。而事實上，所謂「魔藥」，不過是一點賤價紅酒而
己。而魔藥竟然有效。美女竟然愛上了窮漢。

騙子的愛情，未必是真的。但是，當你初次聆聽此曲，
可能立即入耳。李察就是被這一偶然的音聲吸引了，於
是多番尋找，最初連歌名也不知道，只去找來全劇，逐一
細索。到後來，查出歌名了，再發現原來 youtube 也有
了，放出來一聽，感動就即時出現。那種感覺，就好像
遇到了騙子的愛情。明明知道，那一切都不過是假的。
但那一刻，仍然十分動心。

騙子的愛情，也可能有真感覺的。這就是世事難以明白
的地方。

所以，騙子這樣多。而自願上當的人，又這樣多。

Una furtiva lagrima (A furtive tear) is the romanza taken from Act II, Scene 2 of the Italian opera, L'elisir d'amore by Gaetano Donizetti. It is sung by Nemorino (tenor) when he finds that the love potion he bought to win his dream lady’s heart, Adina, works.

Nemorino is in love with Adina, but she isn't interested in a relationship with an innocent, rustic man. To win her heart, Nemorino buys a “love potion” with all the money he has in his pocket. The “love potion” is actually a cheap red wine sold by a traveling con man. But when he sees Adina weeping, he knows that she has fallen in love with him and the “Elixir” works.
